It's time for #QuiltBlockMania Tuesday! This month's theme is circus. I loved the circus when I was a kid, especially the sparkly costumes.
For this month's block, I decided to embrace the concept of the three ring circus with one of my favorite blocks - the Dresden Plate. This is a simple and fun block that includes adding rick rack to the center for a ruffled edge.
