Wanderlust Quilt Society – Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Enrollment and Commitment

By enrolling in the Wanderlust Quilt Society (the “Program”), you are reserving a space in a limited-capacity creative experience. Materials, patterns, instruction, community access, and program resources are allocated to each member upon registration.

2. Cancellation Before Program Start

Cancellations are permitted only before the Program officially begins (prior to the first block/pattern release or first scheduled session).

3. No Cancellations After Program Start

Once the Program has officially begun, cancellations are not permitted and no refunds (full or partial) will be issued.

Members receive lifetime access to all program materials, including patterns, lessons, tutorials, and community resources. This means that if you are unable to work on the project during the scheduled timeframe, you will still retain full access and may complete the program at your own pace in the future. For this reason, schedule conflicts, time constraints, or personal timing challenges are not considered valid grounds for cancellation or refund after the Program begins.

4. Digital Access

All digital content, including patterns, recorded lessons, tutorials, and community spaces, is provided as part of the full Program experience. Once access is granted, no refunds will be issued.

5. Extraordinary Circumstances

In rare and documented cases of serious hardship (such as medical emergencies), members may contact lynn@emeraldfallsquilts.com to request review. Any exceptions are granted solely at the discretion of Wanderlust Quilt Society and are not guaranteed.

6. Transfers

Enrollment may be transferred to another person only before the Program begins, with written notice and approval. Transfers are not permitted after the Program start date.
